Our team joined this Marina Villa as Irongate's Director of Procurement from the earliest stages, developing design documentation and building FF&E and OS&E budgets before carrying the scope through sourcing, purchasing, international logistics, installation, and final turnover. A home organized around distinct living pockets, each with its own purpose and personality, required procurement thinking that honored the specificity of each space. From a dedicated home office to expressive material selections throughout, our process ensured every category was handled with the intention the design brought to every corner of the home.
