OPAL joined the Four Seasons Costa Palmas project during its final and most critical phase: completion and turnover. Working as an Irongate associate, our role centered on ensuring all OS&E elements were delivered, installed, and fully aligned with Four Seasons' exacting operational standards. We brought hands-on oversight and detailed coordination to a stage where precision matters most, managing the transition from active development into a fully operational luxury resort. Our process is built for moments like this, where execution has to be flawless and the margin for error is zero.
