Our team joined Sunset Casita as Irongate's Director of Procurement from the earliest stages, developing design documentation and building FF&E and OS&E budgets before carrying the scope through sourcing, purchasing, international logistics, installation, and final turnover. A home designed to feel embedded in its landscape, where desert, palms, and open sky read through every window, required procurement thinking rooted in material honesty and restraint. Our process ensured every selection, from light-toned fabrics to bold stone surfaces and warm natural finishes, reinforced the connection between interior and the Baja landscape surrounding it.
