Our team joined Estuary Villa as Irongate's Director of Procurement at the outset, building the procurement foundation alongside the design vision. We developed early documentation, established FF&E and OS&E budgets, and carried the scope through sourcing, purchasing, international logistics, installation, and final turnover. A home this conceptually driven, where an interior tree sets the tone and every material choice reinforces a connection to the natural world, required procurement thinking that went beyond category management. Our process kept the design's organic intent alive through every decision, from first budget line to final installed piece.
