OPAL's involvement began at the earliest stages of design documentation and carried through to final turnover, acting as Director of Procurement on behalf of Irongate. The team built a comprehensive FF&E and OS&E budget aligned to both design intent and the realities of an international project, then moved into vendor sourcing, specification confirmation, and purchase order management. International logistics required careful sequencing of freight, customs clearance, and on-site delivery. Throughout, OPAL connected the design team, ownership, and on-site contractors, ensuring decisions were made with full visibility into budget and timeline.
